Changing the metabolism implies a strictly controlled diet including fruits, plants tees and vegetables soups, and does not exceed a few hundred calories per day. As a consequence the body will use more of the inner fat, burning it and also eliminating the toxic waists. This way we will combine the weigh loss with a metabolic cleaning process and the confidence will receive a major boost seeing and feeling the change. Those which cannot keep these strictly diet we suggest a lacto vegetarian regime or a hypocaloric regime – Diet “J” (joy) – which includes also same meat (fish, chicken, beef). All regimes include only high quality, ecological ingredients.
